Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does my conference registration include?
Full-Conference Registrations include access to all general sessions, workshops, business meetings (if you are a delegate), conference spaces such as the Prayer, Treatment, and Bodywork Rooms, the Opening Night Mardi Gras Party and Thursday Evening Banquet. Click here to register now.

  • Where should I stay while in New Orleans?
Stay with us during the convention for $179 per night at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. This rate is available three days prior to the convention. If you are interested in staying for Mardi Gras, the weekend after the convention, we have negotiated a discount of 20% off the posted room rate (which works out to be $311 per night) with a two-night minimum stay. Space is limited on these days due to busy season in the city. Click here to book your accommodations at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.

  • What meals are included in my registration? Are there nearby restaurants within walking distance to the convention?
If you purchase a full-conference registration you will be able to attend the Opening Night Mardi Gras Party and the Thursday Evening Closing Banquet. Because the hotel is located next to the French Quarter, there are also many restaurants located just steps from the convention for meal breaks throughout the week.
