During the 2012 Spiritual Living Convention, you will have the opportunity to unwind at the end of a busy day of workshops, meetings, and sessions by going to Tai-Chi or Yoga.
Tai Chi
About the Instructor
Tai-Chi will be offered each afternoon by Baji Daniels, RScP, beginning on Monday. Baji was born, raised, and educated in the Northern California bay area, earning three degrees at San Francisco universities. She was first introduced to Religious Science by Dr. Elouise Oliver at the East Bay Church of Religious Science, and continued studying with Rev. Paul Gonyea at the Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta. Baji has been studying Tai-Chi for twelve years and teaching for almost two years.
About the Class
This Tai-Chi class is based on the Yang style and offers students an opportunity to tap into the universal energy that surrounds us. Baji’s instruction is evenly paced and appropriate for all ages. It consists of flowing moves that open the body, mind, and spirit. The Tai-Chi muscle movements are designed to stimulate the flow of “chi” because as we stimulate the flow of “chi” through the body’s major organs, people experience improvement in their health.
